This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Georgia.  Any dispute arising under or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cobb County.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and The SOUL Spa LLC regarding the use of the Website and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

Refunds Policy

Effective Date: February 05, 202

Past Life Regression – Legacy Session (Virtual or In-Person)

  • Deposit and Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure your session. The remaining balance must be paid by the day of your session before it begins.
  • Refunds and Cancellations: No refunds are given within 14 days of the scheduled session. You may reschedule your session once to a future date. If you cancel more than 14 days before your session, a $250 cancellation fee and a processing fee of $35-$50 will be deducted from your refund. If you need to reschedule at the last minute or are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be canceled, and a $200 rescheduling fee will apply. *Only one reschedule is allowed.
  • By booking a session and making a payment (partial or full), you agree to these terms.

 Refund Policy Addition for Books and The Shadow Box Kit:

Non-Refundable Items:
The Shadow Workbook + Journal and Shadow Whispers Soul Reflection Deck are non-refundable if they have been opened or used.
If the workbook has been autographed or the deck of cards has been opened, the purchase is non-refundable.
Eligibility for Refund:
The Shadow Box Kit may be eligible for a refund if the products are returned in their original, unopened condition.
To be eligible for a refund, the entire kit must be returned unopened, including the Black Tourmaline crystal, in its original packaging and without any signs of use.
Refund Process:
 To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Recommended for Refund:
 A refund will be issued once the returned items have been inspected and deemed eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after the return has been received and approved.
Exclusions:
 Please note that personalized items, such as autographed books or workbooks, are not eligible for refunds.
Additionally, opened or used items, including the Shadow Whispers Soul Reflection Deck, are not eligible for refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items:
 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue with the shipping company promptly.
Policy Updates:
 This refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any updates or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Terms and Conditions for the PLR Party

1. Event Purpose:
The PLR Party is a group event designed to provide participants with a general introduction to past life regression. It is not intended to replace private sessions, such as the PLR Legacy Session, and does not include personalized guidance, Shadow Work, energy healing, or specific question-and-answer exploration.

2. Eligibility:
Participants must be 18 years or older to attend. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Disclaimer of Results:
Past life regression is a subjective experience and results vary for each participant. The PLR Party is for educational and entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or professional counseling.

4. Group Setting:
This event takes place in a group setting. As such, no individual attention or personal issues will be addressed. Sharing your experience during the event is voluntary and participants are encouraged to respect the confidentiality of others.

5. No Refund Policy:
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person with prior written approval from the event host.

6. Limitation of Liability:
SOUL Spa Hypno and its representatives are not responsible for any emotional distress, discomfort, or perceived lack of results during or after the event. Participants attend the event at their own risk and discretion.

7. Intellectual Property:
All content, including guided meditations, materials, and techniques used during the event, remain the intellectual property of SOUL Spa Hypno. Participants may not record, reproduce, or distribute any part of the event without prior written consent.

8. Privacy:
Personal information collected during registration will only be used for the purpose of administering the event and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and supportive environment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

10. Agreement:
By registering for the PLR Party, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
